Schooner or later is a gastropub located in the basement of our home in Woodstock Illinois. Focused on local seasonal ingredients in partnership with local farms and producers, schooner or later seeks to celebrate the often-underappreciated abundance of the Midwest. With an open minded approach to use of ingredients.. while still being firmly from Chicago, schooner or later seeks to show exactly what this bounty is capable of.

We feature a dedicated small craft wine and cocktail bar, which continue our focus on Midwestern producers, bring forth the best of the grain belt and grassy prairies. 

As always, If you don't wake our kids up, We are all going to have a great time.
